FINN Car Subscription FAQs

Please note: We are currently curating a diverse range of model year 2024 cars set to arrive in a few months. 

  • If you are a current subscriber, you will be notified of the arrival of the new cars.
  • If you are a new customer, please pre-qualify for a subscription to be notified when we have new inventory.

Once you have selected the right vehicle, clicking on "Continue" will take you to the booking process. This is divided into three simple steps.


1 | Contact details

First you enter your contact or company data. In addition, you can enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address. After you have agreed to enter your information, you will get to the payment section by clicking "Continue".


2 | Payment

For the payment of your monthly subscription rate you can choose between credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer (ACH). 


3 | Order overview

Before you place a binding order, we will summarize all the costs that will be incurred regularly during your FINN Auto subscription.


You can then specify your preferred delivery date.


If you have a FINN discount or a FINN for Friends voucher code, you can enter this under "Voucher Code" and then click “Apply”.

 

After you have checked all the data once again, you can complete the booking process by clicking on "Confirm Order".

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll need to confirm some details. 


You’ll start your verification via the checkout process:



When you click ‘Verify driver’s license,’ you’ll be taken to our partner site, Veriff. Here, you can complete the verification process using either a smartphone or computer. 



Veriff will then guide you through the entire process. First, take a photo of the front of your driver’s license by aligning it within the frame and pressing the circular icon. Make sure the information on the document is clear, legible, and not blurry.



Then, take a photo of the barcode side of your driver’s license by aligning it in the same way. 



Veriff will then ask you to take a selfie, i.e. a self portrait. Please look into the camera and click the circular icon when you’re ready for the photo to snap. 



After the verification, our employees will check your documents - of course your data is safe with us. After successful review, you will receive a contract confirmation by e-mail. This can take a few days.

 

Please note: In cases where your residential address doesn’t match the address on your driver’s license, we’ll require further information. A utility bill or bank statement is sufficient and you can upload that to the same secure platform.

In order to subscribe with FINN, you’ll need to: 

 

  • Be at least 25 years of age
  • Have a valid US driver’s license you’ve held for at least 2 years
  • Have a credit score of at least 640
  • A good driving record

 

In addition, you’ll need to live within our service area.

To book your next subscription, select the desired vehicle on the website and enter the contract end date of your current subscription as the delivery date. This way we can guarantee a seamless transition between your old and new vehicle. The pickup of the current car and the delivery of the new subscription is free of charge for our loyal customers.

At FINN our top priority is ensuring that you stay mobile. While we cannot extend your current car subscription, you can always subscribe to another car available on our website. Simply select the same delivery date as your return date and we'll keep you on the road without any hiccups.

Simply select the same delivery date for your new subscription as the return date of your current vehicle and we will coordinate with our drivers to ensure a smooth exchange process. 


For our customers solely returning their FINN vehicles, select the day and time for your return appointment that works best for you. We'll handle the rest.
