At FINN, we pride ourselves in being able to provide the best all-in-one car subscription service, with car insurance included in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut and New York.

Due to regulations in New York, FINN offers only minimum financial responsibility (MFR) insurance coverage for NY subscribers. The details around this insurance package are below. Our subscribers are very welcome to add more coverage by procuring an additional, separate insurance policy.

What is covered under MFR in New York


Bodily Injury and Property Damage
$25,000 limit for bodily injury (single person)
$50,000 limit for bodily injury (each accident)
$10,000 limit for property damage (each accident)

Uninsured Motorist (UM) Coverage
$25,000 limit for bodily injury (single person)
$50,000 limit for bodily injury (per accident)

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Coverage
$50,000 limit for first party medical costs, economic losses and death benefits

Collision Coverage
Coverage for the FINN vehicle for any collision related damages is equivalent to the actual cash value of the vehicle at the time of the incident.

Comprehensive Coverage
Coverage for the FINN vehicle for non-collision incidents, such as theft, vandalism, and weather is equivalent to the cash value of the vehicle at the time of the incident


Note: There is a $1,000 deductible that the customer is responsible for.
