Your FINN car subscription includes everything except refueling. This includes service, maintenance, insurance, and the loss of value due to normal use of the vehicle. This also includes all naturally occurring signs of use such as tire and brake wear as well as regular workshop appointments for tire and oil changes.
If you should be involved in an accident with your car, we will work with you and the third-party insurer to get the car fixed and back on the road. In the event of a claim, you are responsible for a deductible in the amount of $1,000.
Currently, our car subscription delivery radius covers all of Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts (Boston), New Jersey, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia), Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and New York.
In order to drive our cars, you must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years (from the date of issue), meet all of FINN's approval criteria, and abide by all terms of your subscription agreement.
You are required to report the accident to the Police and to FINN. The customer service hotline to report the accident to FINN is +1 (619) 439-0735. When things get serious, we are in this with you. Additionally, you will get a damage hotline number by email. It is best to save this number directly in your mobile phone.
Important: Please report any damage before returning the vehicle so that the bill can be applied to your deductible.
