Do you think you found the perfect candidate to work at FINN? Please submit their profile via the following page. Here is what you need to do:

  1. Click on the “Submit a candidate” button. The next page contains a summary of what we are looking for at FINN and a list of our focus positions as well as a link to our contract template.
  2. Download the contract template provided, fill it out and sign it to accept our conditions.
  3. Fill out information about the candidate, share your contact data with us and submit the candidate profile.
  4. We will screen the submitted profile as soon as possible and provide you with feedback.
  5. If we like the profile, we will you keep you updated about the candidate progressing through our interview process and inform you in case of an offer. In this case, a success-based fee of 15% is paid out after the probationary period of a successful hire.
  6. If we don’t want to continue with your submitted candidate, we will inform you about the discontinuation of the process.

Download our contract, read it, fill the missing information and sign. We need a signed copy of the contract to know that you are accepting a success-based fee of 15% for your efforts. Then, fill out a little bit of information about your candidate and submit them to us.
