I’ve been with FINN for five years now, it's crazy how time flys. With a background in automotive engineering, I started as our very first Fleet Manager when we were only 40 people. Since then, I’ve moved from Fleet Management to Business Development and now lead our Defleeting Team as Head of Operations. My role is to oversee the return of our entire fleet, ensuring that damage assessments are handled accurately and fairly to keep both our buyers and subscription customers happy. My journey has always been about curiosity and learning by doing — building processes from scratch and evolving alongside the company.

Doing sports before work is essential for me; it ensures I start the day with an energized and clear mindset and helps me tackle the workday with a proactive attitude. Doing sports serves as a mental reset for me, allowing me to process complex tasks more effectively before the first meeting even starts. I really appreciate our Wellpass offer, which allows me to stay flexible with where and how I work out depending on my daily schedule or focus areas. Whether it's a high-intensity session or a quick workout to clear my head, it’s the perfect way to get focused before diving into the day's challenges.
I’d say: dare to fail. The biggest mistake is letting fear stop you from acting on a potential improvement or solution. You can’t grow without putting yourself in situations where you might not have all the answers right away. Taking the lead is about trusting that you’ll figure things out as you go and knowing that the team has your back. Even if it doesn’t work out perfectly at first, the experience you gain and the resilience you build is far more valuable than staying on the sidelines and waiting for someone else to step up.
It’s the combination of the people and the constant learning. I’m surrounded by incredibly smart colleagues across all departments who are always willing to share their expertise, which makes it easy to gain insights far beyond my own area of operations. Whether it’s solving a new challenge, optimizing a process, or building a new strategy, this environment pushes you to grow every single day! There is simply no autopilot mode here. Beyond the business side, it’s the culture: I’ve not only found friends for life here but also a team that is all pulling in the same direction to redefine mobility. Seeing that hard work is recognized with real career opportunities is one of many things that makes FINN unique.
