Görkem joined FINN in March 2025 as a Customer Care Specialist, bringing valuable experience from his three years at Amazon — two years in customer service and one year as Operations Supervisor in logistics. His background in both customer-facing roles and operational leadership made him a natural fit for the dynamic challenges at FINN.
As part of the Vehicles Team, Görkem and his colleagues are the first point of contact for everything related to FINN vehicles. Whether customers need help with operating manuals, service appointments, damage claims, or technical questions — the team provides expert guidance and solutions. Together, they combine deep product knowledge with a customer-first approach, ensuring that every vehicle-related inquiry is handled professionally and efficiently.
Görkem's transition from Amazon's fast-paced logistics environment to FINN's customer care operations reflects his passion for solving complex challenges while keeping the customer experience at the center of everything the team does.

Honestly? New joiners are often surprised by how quickly ideas can turn into improvements. You step into a team with solid processes, but you also get opportunities to shape how we work. If you spot a better way to do something, people listen. And things move fast. Recently we worked with our tech team on a tool update. Our ideas went live within days, and suddenly we could solve requests much more efficiently. That kind of speed and impact is a really positive surprise for most people.
In addition, the role is far from repetitive. You move between customer conversations, cross team projects, testing new approaches, and refining processes. Every day looks a little different, and you grow fast by being part of an agile, collaborative environment.
And on top of that, many new joiners are surprised by how much we genuinely enjoy working together. Customer Care can be demanding, but we’ve got each other’s backs, and that makes even the busiest days feel manageable. It’s a culture built on trust, collaboration, and lifting each other up.
