Definitely our booth at Zukunft Personal Europe 2025 in Cologne this year. It was the first time the entire JobAuto unit came together in full force and you could feel the energy from the very first minute. Over three packed days at Europe’s biggest HR trade fair, we pitched, laughed, and problem-solved side by side.
The fair became more than just an event: it turned into a true team experience. Everyone jumped in wherever help was needed: winning leads, pitching to prospects, or simply keeping spirits high during long days on the booth. It was our first big offsite as a unit, and it showed how naturally our team collaborates under pressure: hands-on, fast-moving, and always supportive of one another.
Whether it’s hitting a milestone, closing a deal, or improving a key metric, we make sure to pause for a moment and recognize it. Small wins matter to us because they show that our work is moving in the right direction, and we’re all a bit addicted to seeing that progress.
Often, it’s the quick high-fives, shoutouts in team meetings, or a celebratory message on Slack that keep the motivation high day to day. But when we reach a bigger goal, we make it a point to come together in person over a team breakfast or dinner or a shared activity.
Probably how fast we move. New joiners are often surprised by how quickly we iterate, test, and learn: it’s a truly hands-on and dynamic environment. Even within a scale-up like FINN, JobAuto has managed to keep that genuine early-stage start-up energy alive. Ideas don’t stay on slides; they’re tested, refined, and implemented within days.
One example that really captures this spirit is how we create “wow-moments” for our customers. When a new employer signs up, we don’t just hand over digital materials, we package and send out physical activation kits, making sure the kick-off is exciting for our customers.
