As soon as your car is ready for you, we will deliver your new car free of charge to your desired location.At the end of your subscription period, we pick up the car from your desired location for a pick-up fee or you return the car to one of our locations.
Unlike leasing contracts or long-term car rental, with FINN you do not have to make a down payment. Your car subscription starts with the first monthly installment, which FINN charges either to your account or to the credit card on file. Important: Under certain circumstances, a refundable deposit will apply, depending on your creditworthiness. In addition, the term of your subscription does not begin on the day you sign the contract, but rather when the vehicle actually arrives at your doorstep. Unlike most leasing offers, FINN also takes care of insurance, registration, repairs, maintenance and roadside assistance.
However, the biggest difference between a car subscription and leasing and long-term rental is the contract term. Leasing offers are based on a long-term, fixed contract with a term of up to five years. With rental, there is usually a maximum duration, which can range from a few weeks to several months. If you need your car for longer or don't want to commit for years, you have a problem - unless you opt for a car subscription. Here you drive your favorite model as long as you want, you determine the term. When the subscription expires, you can switch to another FINN car or simply cancel.
Our goal is to ensure that our customers can enjoy their FINN without worrying about the cost of returning the vehicle. In the leasing sector, it is customary to assess any damage found when the vehicle is returned at local hourly rates. These hourly charge rates are determined annually by DEKRA for each zip code area (e.g. 80***).
We handle a large volume of vehicle returns and reconditioning. For this we have close partnerships with specialized companies. Due to the high volume of orders, we can agree on hourly rates that are about 30% below the local hourly rates. Since we do not want to make a profit with the return, we pass on the cost advantages to our customers.
The extension of your current vehicle is only possible in exceptional cases. We will proactively contact you in good time if your car still qualifies for an extension.
Feel free to browse our offer regularly and secure your new dream car as usual on our website. When booking a follow-up subscription, the pick-up rate for vehicle exchange is of course waived for you.
If you want to subscribe to a single vehicle and your fleet consists of only one vehicle, you can order as usual via our website. Please also upload the driver's license when ordering. Enter a different address as the delivery address if the vehicle is not to be delivered to the company address.
